G	Greg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited showcase today with 3 friends. My friends were all wearing masks, and I wasn't because I have a mask exemption. I was greeted by a nice lady and another guy inside, who i explained this to and they were very friendly. Then came along Colin. After being in the store for the better part of ten minutes and picking out a $700 pair of volcom bibs. Colin was particularly agitated and rude and told me I had to put on a mask or leave immediately. I wasn't going to cause a scene, as I offered to show him the exemption but he just wanted to be in control... so we left. I came back later to ask if he'd like to reconsider letting me in so that I could buy the bibs. My friend overheard him tell his manager "this is so wrong" and the manager reluctantly let me in, after inspecting my legitimate medical exemption and told me to 'keep distance from my staff'. Then another staff member got agitated while i was trying on the snowboard bibs, and tried to force me to wear a mask. That was enough for me, so I left, spent my money down the street at another great snowboard store. What happened to service with a smile? What has happened to humanity? It's quite pathetic to witness... Wish you guys the best, but you'll never get my business again; get woke, go broke. I want to leave this review for you to think about. Good health to you.

Great store and even better staff! 110% recommend

Corey jumped to help me when I walked in, and after I answered a few questions he had the right bindings for me, installed them and set me up proper. I was back on the mountain enjoying all the snow and my board felt better than ever. Highly recommend talking to Corey or CJ if you need any assistance. Will be going back for more stuff soon. Thanks for saving my day!!

I went in this winter needing major help getting my splitboard bindings adjusted, and Jon was my knight in shining armor. Sarah was also a fantastic help and the two of them had me back to riding my board in no time. They collectively spent about 1.5 hours working on my board over 2 visits during a busy time. Jon gave me a bunch of tips and suddenly the entire world makes sense. Honourable mention to Grace, who could not have been a friendlier person to help me get started! The staff at showcase are amazing, patient people and this store has anything you'd need for riding, from boards, bindings, and boots, to retail accessories. Thanks guys for a great experience!

He has enough passion to make guests feel like friends when offering advice. Next time, you need anything just go there ask Jay for help, bring a coffee for him.

I needed an ankle tongue replacement strap for a very old set of Burton bindings and sent my wife to pick it up for me and the staff helped her out and found it right away for N/C. ( And this is during a time when most places at the resort are suffering from a bit of low morale due to the struggles of staffing/supply/pandemic related issues. Really appreciate that kind of service.

I had a snowboard bindings issue, another local shop said they couldn't help, and not only did he fix the problem, he totally went above and beyond with friendliness and patience.
