★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store today (27th January) es around 4pm. I was the only customer and told the young employee that I needed a helmet to go with my Oakles Goggles. He showed me where the helmets were. And that was it. Despite asking, he didn't think it was necessary to come and advise me. I can do without something like that. Very bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in knowing that I was interested in some Oakley accessories. The Oakley representative, Gisele, was working hard getting some new inventory up on the shelves. She immediately got down off the step stool and greeted me with a nice smile. She asked how she could help me and I was already sold. I found something I liked and bought it, an easy decision when the salesperson is so friendly and helpful. Thank you Gisele and Oakley, I’m in Whistler frequently and will be back for more.
