I got a pair last year they have been absolutely amazing Sam the manager knows his stuff and takes his time to make sure you are happy. My wife needed a minor adjustment in the middle of the day and when I was there with her he asked how mine were. I told him great just one small spot and he fixed right away just to make sure we were both happy with our year old boots. 100% worth it...

Following a severe ankle injury that left me with limited range of motion, Sam custom fitted me in Boots that I have been wearing & loving for 5 years now and couldn’t be happier. Thanks for the great service, kindness and ongoing maintenance. When I eventually replace these boots, I will only go to one place… Surefoot in Whistler. Thanks Sam and team for getting me back on the slope in comfort !

Haven't skied in the boots I bought today yet, but based on the process, I can't imagine continuing to have the foot issues I've experienced for the past 25 years of skiing. Eric was amazing to deal with. Super patient and really cared that the boots were perfect. I felt bad about how picky I was about the fit, but he was happy to make all the adjustments required to get a perfect fit. Won't know how it turned out until I get on the mountain, but they are happy to help with adjustments after the fact. They should really put a video of the process on their site. It's nearly impossible to explain in words. It's amazing. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? All signs so far point to yes.

Long overdue review. Former world cup skier; I have had lots of boots over the years. My old race boots were brutal for daily skiing. Had a fitting and got a new pair of boots with footbeds. Honestly the best fit I have ever had, and no loss of performance. These guys rock!

I wish I did this a long time ago. It makes such a difference skiing in custom insoles and boots that fit your foot shape. After a week of skiing, my feet feel great. Thanks to Eric for the great customer service. It was a nice and easy process. Highly recommended.

I’ve always had a really hard time breaking in boots and I’ve dealt with all sorts of foot pain. I got new Salomon Shift boots with injected liners and custom insoles with boot warmers and I am so impressed. Zero break-in period. And the boot fits perfectly. Surefoot really knows what they’re doing. I ski 40+ days per season so I needed something that works. Thank you!

After years of suffering through foot pain and losing both big toe nails every ski season, I invested in my first Surefoot boots and couldn't be happier. Surefoot's sizing and fitting process is dialed in - I had complete confidence in Sam (and I'm sure the other fitting professionals are just as awesome). I have skied 7 times with my boots so far this season and I haven't needed any adjustments (although I know that I could go back anytime if necessary). My boots are comfortable and supportive on aggressive ski days as well as cruiser days with the kids. They also look gorgeous :) My toes love my Surefoot boot heaters, which I couldn't go without after experiencing warm feet while skiing. Thank you Sam and team!

In theory this would have worked great. Fitting process was smooth and the guy who helped me was really nice. Noted I had wide feet so widened the boot he chose etc. However I had some pain when I went to use them, they made a minor fix which helped but after skiing a few days I have so much pain along the outside ridge of my foot I can barely ski a full day and that’s with really bearing with it. Clearly wasn’t widened enough/chose too narrow of a boot. Come back to whistler this weekend for some late season skiing. website says you are open, google says you are open. The system let’s me make an appointment. Arrive and sign on door says you’re closed until the day after I leave… Would have been better off spending 500$ on middle of the run decent boots than almost $2k for boots that don’t fit at a store that has no other locations in Canada. Honestly not worth it unless you get these on day 1 of a week trip where you can be sure you have time to detect any issues.
