M	May Facundo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here 1 night with my extended family of 5 in the 2 bedroom suite with a hot tub. The stay was okay, but definitely not worth the price for the experience we had. Next time we will go somewhere else. Our reservation clearly stated we have 5 guests who will be checking in, and when arriving into the room all the toiletries were only good for 2 people. Had to ask extras for basically for most of the things and had to keep asking for room service to come back and forth due to this. Another problem we had was it was very difficult for us to connect to Netflix services. The HDMI that we had was faulty and it took 3 tries (3 different cables) to have it finally working. The wifi connection was also poor that when we were watching TV the pictures were very pixelated or our movie would pause at times due to the poor wifi connection. Many of these issues could have been prevented if they just checked how many people will be checking in, and instead of sending us different cords at 3 different times, a hotel staff should have checked in and helped us after the second call and made it easier for both parties. Aside from those problems, the hotel suite was clean, the hot tub felt amazing and we had a good night sleep. However, for the price and the experience we had, the price was not justifiable. There are other hotels in Whistler who will provide the same service at a lower price.
A	Amir farhadpor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Hotel!!! Olivia was amazing and she helped a lot with our reso. The valet team was amazing and they were kind and professional. Dont get me started on the roof-top jacuzzi! Lovely views with a clean and nice jacuzzi . I celebrated a birthday today and we received a card and a pino-noir wine from the hotel which again was so fabulous of them . Recommend this hotel 10/10!
V	Victoria Bleszinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE Service! First, they don't let you take your ski bag into the room... Why can't I take my personal belongings into the room I paid for.. That was wierd as hell. The whole time we were checking in the mangers and from desk people gave me and my fiancé the worst vibes. We felt so uncomfortable. They made everything an inconvenience and treated us like we were a burden. Need to check out late? They will give you one hour if that but had to check two times. Need to keep your car parked there? They might allow it. We asked them for an extra 2 hours so we could ski and come back into our room and shower. They said we could not do that. Then, when we came back from skiing early, at 11. They asked us when we were leaving and when they could have their parking spot back. Honestly I don't understand why we were treated with so little respect. We paid almost $500 dollars for this frickin hotel room! At least treat us decently and don't make us feel like a burden for literally asking for an extra hour and to shower after skiing. The property itself was ok, nothing special, but seriously would never come back here unless they got different staff. Our stay was in the beginning of December 2021 by the way. They seemed irritable and short staffed.

He and the rest of the hotel staff were professional and accomodating to our needs. I throughly recommend this hotel for its location next to the chair lifts, spacious clean rooms and most importantly the wonderful staff.

All the staff were willing to help us so that we could focus on enjoying our anniversary trip! The location is also great as it is literally 1 min walk from the gondolas. We definitely would go back when we visit Whistler.
