S	Sun Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this hotel for 2 nights in Jan 2022 and recommend it. We'd like to come again. Its location is superb as it is near to the gondolas and slopes and all the restaurants and shops. We, as a family with 2 kids, appreciated the room with 3 beds (a queen in the loft, a sofa bed, and a murphy one) and kichennet, as well as the outdoor pool and hot tub. The parking lot ($22/day) is inside the building and very easy to access. But the building was very old and had some issues. It took several minutes to have hot water on taps every time and was luke warm in the bath tub. The heater in our room was so weak that the room temperature was lower than 16 celcius (the hotel provided a portable heater next day but was noisy and insufficient). Also the internet connection was very unstable in the evening.

Although it is rather confusing having the hotel not actually attached to the building that says Whistler Village Inn & Suites, the room was clean, the service was outstanding, and they were able to accommodate all our needs / requests! Will definitely be coming back!

The staff are very responsive when we didn't have something in the room and they brought it up almost right away.

The bed was stuffed upstairs into an alcove in which you had to have people potentially crawl over one another to get into bed due to the set up. Then the stairs...wow, there were a lot and so steep but it was fun for a night. We laughed a lot at it all. Clean. Wonderful staff.
A	Andrea Lofthouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice hotel, central to restaurants and bars. They have an underground car park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Having a kitchenette was good. There needs to be proper bedding for the sofa bed though, not just a sheet and blanket!

We stayed in a loft and it a fireplace, sofa bed, Murphy bed, and all the kitchen items. We didn’t use any of it as it was a very short visit but it was nice to have. They had coffee and hot chocolate pouches in the front which were often empty but at least they have it. Small Hot tub and pool is outdoors. Reason for 3 star is the front office lady. She was little rude and talking like she is screaming. I heard the other front desk gentleman and he explained everything about the property but she just gave us the keys. We had to ask about where the room is located, pool info, access to other hotels facilities etc.. if I paid the premium price $500+ I would have been more upset. Otherwise I would visit again.
T	Traveling for Tacos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from front desk staff. Room was very big yet cozy. You can even burn a fire log in your room. They let us use the parking spot all day after we checked out so we could ski our last day and come back to change before leaving town. For that we will stay here again next time. Plus you can not beat this location for gondola and village access. The Keg was amazing too of course. And an indoor hot tub.

The customer service was excellent even though our room was not ready and had to wait for only 10 minutes they apologize multiple times and compensate us with free parking. I would highly recommend this place as it is very central to all the Whistler amenities. I have been to many hotels in Whistler and this one I am looking forward to staying at next time. The pool is a great size as well. Highly recommended!!!
