★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what all the hate is about. I've done business with these guys a few times (unfortunately for me) and I have nothing bad to say at all. The guy has seen a need for it in Whistler, he's doing well and pretty well priced. By the time you do it yourself, order the parts and shipping, it just works out more convenient for the same cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CellFurb was absolutely fantastic to me, brought in my lg g5 and they ordered a part by the next day had it installed in under half an hour and sent me on my way. Their site is easy to use, deposit was on my card within 1 day and got my insurance claim and receipt via text and email. It was an awesome process with awesome customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I did not know what to expect, but the directions were clearly laid out in an email so I decided to go for it and hope for the best. I arrived a little early for my appointment and rang the doorbell per instructions. A very nice guy named Dom answered, took my phone and checked me in, and gave me timing on when my repair would be finished. When I returned back Dom greeted me again. He was so friendly and did a great job with my phone repair that had a cracked screen that was all but falling apart. When he returned my phone to me it looked brand new! Very happy with my service at Cell Furb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Whistler Phone Repair today for help with a malfunctioning screen on my son's iphone 6. First of all it was very easy to make an appointment - I picked a time slot in a easy to use online tool, got a reminder via email and SMS and showed up to the store on time where the owner was already waiting for us. After some quick review of the issue, I was promised to get the phone back in 30 min, which is exactly what happened. The owner took the time to problem solve the issue, walk me through various options and help select the most cost effective solution. Really easy to work with and clear on the price. Thank you for the great service! I will DEFINITELY go back to this shop.

I'm sorry didn't get the your name, but you were SUPER nice and helpful!
Fixed my battery and cleaned the charging port and replaced my screen protector (free of charge btw!) all in half an hour time :) didn't want to take a tip and didn't charge for labor at all - all prices just like on the website - no hidden fees!!!
Anyway, best service in Whistler 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally recommend; dropped my iPhone 11 Pro on my trip and couldn't touch any buttons; made an appointment that day. A bit hard to find the spot - you have to ring the "ring" doorbell on the ground floor and someone will come out. They fixed the screen in < an hour and it was $200 CAD (cheaper than the airport) - and so far so good! Definitely recommend!
