★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a must-go-to every time I'm up in Whistler! My friends found it years ago and recommended it, and I'm glad they did. No matter how long I'm staying in Whistler, I always fit in a massage at Aviva. The staff is always so personable and friendly. A few months ago, I took myself up to Whistler to celebrate my birthday over the Thanksgiving weekend. I was happy to find that Aviva had survived amid Covid closures. I was a bit early, so (owner) Matt shared with me the story about the business' history and how it had morphed over the years. It's a very cool story! He's a very friendly and down to earth guy so I didn't know he was the owner until one of the staff told me. My massage was with Rocio, who was very skilled and even fit in some lovely cranial massage as she knew it was my birthday. She's fantastic! I would come back to Aviva anytime, but talking with Matt that day and having my massage with Rocio was definitely a treat. Will be back in February/March!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back from an hour and a half Swedish Massage! I'm so relaxed and I feel like my body is jelly. It was sooo good and I definitely will be going again. After sustaining Whiplash/Concussion about 2 weeks ago, I was feeling very tense and sore. Now I can't even feel the niggling pain that used to be in my neck! Will definitely be going back again :) Thank you Petra! She was brilliant and made me comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit worry considering corona virus but their massage is good with the price. Looks not fancy at all but affordable price. I hope they sanitize everything after the previous guest done and change everything like used towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As one of the other reviewers stated, quirky location, but don't let that put you off. Very clean and fun staff. I went on a Friday and went back again on Sunday purely because of Lena. I recommend her highly indeed. I travel extensively and get massages regularly and recommend that you ask for her. Also one of the best priced massages in Whistler. I typically go to Vida at the Chateau, however this will be my new go to spot in Whistler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have said, great massage, lovely staff (Morgane was wonderful) so don’t question the barbershop/ cigar store entry. The owner of the business had space upstairs and decided to use it for an unrelated but very worthwhile use: reasonable priced quality massage. Not interested in a fancy hotel spa, definitely come to Aviva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying at the Westin, the in-house Spa was closed, and that was my good fortune. I found Aviva online, and had a very relaxing massage with Stacey - just what I needed after two days of skiing! Will be the first thing I schedule on my next trip to Whistler!
