I stopped in to get some information on the new iPhone- Shouq was extremely friendly and provided some great opinions and options to consider. Although it wasn't the right time for me to upgrade- I really value and appreciated her candid approach and wealth of knowledge. I will be back to this location when the time is right! Thanks again Shouq!

I went in to the store not looking forward to the experience as I have been having phone issues for awhile. Jerry was very nice. He is extremely knowledgeable, customer service oriented and patient. I have never been treated better.

This has been the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. I started having issues with my phone where the whole network would disappear. I could not call out. I logged in to chat with them about it which lead to a month of no answers. Sending me into stores where they said they have never seen this before, shrugged and blamed Apple. I brought my phone to Apple where they said nothing was wrong. I was paying full price and not getting any service or answers. My phone was just over a year old so the warranty was over. Which I feel if you pay 1000$ for a phone it should last longer than a year. So finally one lady told me to send in my phone to have them look at it. Upon opening a repair file she then said she will just send me a replacement phone. No mention of any charges. They then proceeded to call me the next day and tell me to just keep the phone they are sending. They will not repair my phone. The only thing I had to do was return my defective phone. I did this, received an email saying they got my phone. Then a month later my bill comes to over 600$. I have called in numerous times to find out they are charging me for a phone repair. Each time the initial person I spoke to told me they should have emailed me with the phone issues and got my consent before fixing my phone. Which they never did. The initial people I talk to can see where the error was but then they don’t have the authorization to change the charge. Then I get sent to a β€˜specialist’ that can only tell me that these charges are valid. I have asked for proof of billing, proof of my consent for the repair and they won’t provide anything to me. Just keep telling me β€˜this charge is valid’ I don’t even have this phone and I can not even see if they even repaired the phone. No one is returning my calls, and no one is willing to budge on this bogus charge. I have sent emails, phoned and chatted with them and all they respond is β€˜valid charge’ which to me seems actually illegal to go ahead with a 500$ repair charge without my consent. Plus there was never supposed to be any repairs done. I had 175$ left on my contact and could have paid that out and got an upgraded phone. Why would I spend 500$ fixing a phone that’s worth maybe 200$??? I’m been completely dismissed and no explanation as to what was even repaired on my phone. Just told that because they originally opened a file on a phone repair they were entitled to charge me for whatever they want. Never was I told there would be charges. I am completely furious and find this company to be completely misleading and their higher management are trained to say one thing. β€˜The charge is valid’ I will never recommend this company ever.

I recently switched to Virgin and because of a miscommunication, my old providers disconnected me from any service before I received my new SIM card (it was being sent from Ontario). I was without service for 4 days and it would have been longer if I had not come to Kingsway Virgin. I was welcomed by Robbie & a female employee (unfortunately I did not get her name) They both went above and beyond to help me. Both very friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks!

I highly recommend Virgin Mobility kingsway mall for any mobility needs. Go in speak with Kaleigh she is amazing to deal with and will.set you up and they will be sure to go.o er and above to help.you with your cell.phone issues. I will never leave thanks to Kayleigh and the staff at virgin kingsway service csnt co.pare to the service you will re dive from the staff at virgin. The service here was amazing! I am not great with technology, and I was in a hurry. The customer service here was so great! Fast, and friendly and sooooo helpful. Highly recommend!!!

I am writing this review to thank Robbie for his excellent customer service. I was trying to upgrade my iPhone as the bill was getting to be too expensive. He informed me of a number I can call to discuss the situation with Virgin Mobile. Additionally, he tried to get another phone for me from other stores in the mall that were under the Bell umbrella. This is the type of customer service that makes me value the customer relationship I have with the company. Thank you Robbie.
