★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love coming to Pan Pacific with my family, and other families. The kids loved the breakfast buffet. This time, although they advertise free breakfast, that includes only cereal or some weird breakfast burrito that you’d have to microwave. I ordered Bacon and eggs which -honest to God - came fully raw - and the bread didn’t fit the toaster. I could have booked ANY nice hotel, even the four seasons or fairmont, and ordered breakfast and I would’ve SAVED money. Not the same Pan Pacific experience anymore ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it's proximity to everything in the village, it's located near all the things I visit most! The staff is very friendly and service is great and very Covid-safe! The in-room breakfast is delicious and very filling, and the pastries are so delightful, so be sure to get your breakfast forms to the front desk in time! I will be a regular guest of this hotel whenever I go to Whistler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for such a great stay! We were upgraded upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine left in our room (honeymoon). We loved having breakfast delivered to our room everyday and it was always on time. This was our first time in Whistler. We will definitely be back! Thank you Pan Pacific!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a small studio suite, clean but a bit older. The refrigerator opened the wrong way and had a huge dent in the door... apparently someone else was annoyed as well... location was perfect, short walk out the front door to the lifts and and heart of the Whistler village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff, the amenities the location and the price were all outstanding. As soon as I called in to book the reservation Fernanda was extremely courteous and accommodating and the hospitality continued throughout our stay. The team of employees are always smiling and pleasant and consistently made us feel welcome. Our room was an amazingly clean and updated 2 bedroom suite with all the amenities we needed. We throughly enjoyed our stay and I look forward to returning soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is awesome! We stayed over the weekend for 3 nights in a one bedroom suite and everything was perfect. Very clean, spacious, nice bathroom, and full kitchen. There is a living room as well and we liked to sit and look at the view of the village lights at night.
This hotel is located right in the village centre, making it very convenient to get to the gondolas, shops, and restaurants. There are two hot tubs, but one is closed so it was a bit crowded. However, we enjoyed the in-room breakfast and our overall stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our most recent stay here. Our room had the most amazing view, and was spotlessly clean. The pool was fully stocked with fresh towels at all times (this never happens at most hotels) and the lobby washrooms were super clean. Housekeeping is definitely on point here.
Unfortunately we had a few issues with check in (being promised a call when our room was ready but were never called), but the rest of the stay was perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in a very convenient location close to all facilities in the village.
The hotel website photos still shows the gym, but there is no more gym in here, ,and is changed to spa. Pool is warm but could be heated more. For the price we got through booking.com it's a great deal. The staff here are super friendly and helpful all the time.
We loved the breakfast as we could get different choices, good quality and quantity.
Thank you Pan Pacific Whistler village, we will stay here again.
