★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff and beautiful/unique hats. Found the perfect black Brixton hat here and the gentleman working at the gallery was able to adjust the sizing for me on the spot and was super helpful. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say?! If you are in Whistler you HAVE to visit the Hat Gallery. On my last visit I purchased 2 Brixton hats and have been wearing them near on every day. I felt like I didn’t suit hats but I spent time trying on loads of different styles with their knowledgeable staff and found the perfect hats. Very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicole and her team are super knowledgeable and helpful. The first year I visited I bought three hats and after deciding that one of the hats did not go with the outfit I had selected it for, I was able to refund the hat for a full refund (I had not worn the hat and had kept the tags on). I was so impressed by the store and staff I return every year and was so please to see nicole working in the store this year after a few years when I missed her.

Nicole was absolutely inviting upon entering her shop, she took the time to recommend a few styles and hats along with a few amazing demos on how to pack, clean, and style my new hat! 10/10 can’t wait to revisit Nicole and the Whistler Hat Gallery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had buyer's remorse after impulsively purchasing an expensive hat that I was upsold. I returned the following day to return the hat and purchase one that was cheaper, and more suitable. The salesclerk was reluctant to return my purchase and, later, when I checked the receipt of my new hat, I discovered that she had overcharged me. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gem of a store in Whistler - I popped in today to try and find a sunhat... I have a huge head (all those brains, eh?) and usually find it really difficult to find nice hats to fit, and was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful selection in the right size. Erik in store was so lovely - helpful, patient, helping me find the right styles and sizes, and he gave me great advice about how to care for the hats properly. I ended up leaving with 2! A beautiful green felt hat with a leather tie, and a packable, lightweight straw one too. Thanks for the wonderful, friendly service. Whistler's a pretty special place to have such a great niche store. :)
