I would like to give a big shout out and thank you to @thecrankandsprocketbicycleco. I recently purchased my new #gtgrade gravel bike with them. It was a fantastic experience. From Facebook msg, emails, and phone calls I was always greeted by someone willing to help and answer my questions. Not only did they provide me with options around my budget, they ordered in my bike and assembled it the day it arrived. The no contact purchase made me feel very comfortable. A bonus bottle cage and my choice of water bottle colour (I picked pink) was much appreciated! I would highly recommend the shop and crew! Thank you again as I absolutely love my new bike ????

Having now bought two Cannondale bikes from these guys I can hands down say they are my favourite shop. Jacob and Tristan are immensely knowledgeable, friendly, and don’t use high pressure sales at all. I’ve had my race bike serviced here and it’s always come back perfectly. Just bought my wife her new bike here and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

Excellent tune up on my old, neglected and cheap bike. They did a full tune up and installed a more comfortable bike seat. Excellent customer service and about a 12-14 day turnaround but worth the wait. Highly recommend giving them a call. Covid protocols are in place with a tent in the parking lot to chat with the awesome employees. Thanks for getting this bike back on the road! Support local businesses downtown Orillia.

Never Been here before but thought I’d give them a try, took my Wife’s bike in for Maintenance as it hasn’t been used in 5 yrs. Well when I got it back I didn’t think it was hers as it looked brand new, they did an amazing job and plan on going back to get my Drive train replaced on mine. Pricing was lower then I anticipated give these Guys a try! Totally satisfied

There are two bike shops in town and both are good people, but the "Crank" is the "go to". They know their stuff, they are trustworthy and they are always my first place to check out, and I go to a lot of different shops but these guys are the best from Barrie to Huntsville.

Absolute first class service, thoroughly impressed and would happily recommend to anybody. Brought in a competitor's brand Fat Bike just now, Tristan had me fixed up and out the door with a smile on my face in 30 minutes, I couldn't be happier and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I've both made purchase and browsed in allot if bike shops in southern Ontario. The Crank & Sprocket in Orillia is hands down my favorite store over all of them. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly people who have first hand knowledge of their craft. I purchased an e-bike here and never felt rushed or pressured. Brodie, the sales associate who helped me, was professional, knowledgeable and was very accommodating in order for me to make the right decision on the model of bike I wanted. He is fabulous. The store is small but carries most major brands and has a busy looking service area where they tune, mod and assemble bikes. The bike technicians can be spoken with for advice on your cycling needs, as they are friendly and enthusiastic to offer their expertise. The store has loads of accessories for sale and what I like is they will advise on products that work best in real world use, for the type of riding you do. Their prices are fair and they have that small town charm that is an element missing from shops in bigger cities. Worth the visit here, 100%.
