★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are amazing and know thier stuff. The manager is not very good however. I have overheard her not be the most professional with her employees. I'd rather take the trip to Barrie to go to the Global Pet Foods there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman behind the cash needs to relax on the power trip. Came to get dog food with a FULL-FACE motorcycle helmet and he said I can't come in the store without a mask. I SAID THIS IS A FULL FACE MASK otherwise i'd have bugs in my teeth. And he continued to argue and told me I'll be served outside the store. Common people a full face helmet covers you better than a little hospital mask. Reply to your reply the helmet covers more than a mask. Over 360 of coverage. Everywhere like gas stations included don't harrass bikers with full face helmets because they're common sense tells them they are more covered up than just a plain mask.

I’m a brand new puppy owner and unfortunately my puppy didn’t like the treats they suggested so I read the back of the receipt and it said they would take them back as long as the bag is 3/4 full. Well he wouldn’t even eat one of them. They refused to take them back! So fine, I went to the new Ren’s Pet Store in Orillia. Told them what happened here and they had samples of treats for my puppy to try and were absolutely amazing. No wonder the parking lot of this store is a ghost town and by the other reviews I’ve read, I’m not the only one who wouldn’t shop here again.
