Pharmacist Richard Smith 5/5. Assistant told child can't use washroom, Richard went and walked child to washroom. Same Assistant told my girlfriend (international student) that if you don't have health card you can't get the flu shot. Richard showed her how to do it on computer rather then turn us away. Overall great pharmacy.

The customer service at the pharmacy needs a complete overhaul. I have had 2 issues this past week. Friday night told 20 minutes, 1 clerk did ask me he could help me, told 10 more minutes. At the 40 minutes mark I inquired and yes ready. The pharmacist knew I was sitting there and couldn't be bothered to advise me it was ready. Get your act together Shoppers

Extremely rude and condescending customer service from the pharmacy over the phone. My fiancé called regarding a covid test and had a few questions as he’s rightfully very concerned, and he was basically rushed off the phone within 30 seconds of speaking to a woman who treated him like a child. He had the phone on speaker and I literally had to cut into their conversation to get her to listen because she kept speaking over him every time he tried to ask something. Very unprofessional and would not trust this location with my pharmacy needs.

Sale items are frequently not available. Sales clerks walk away from their stations as customers approach forcing customers to use self checkout. I used the self checkout without much difficulty but noticed others struggling.

Terrible customer service. Me and my friend who are only 12 and 11 were walking around the store and ask the ladie how much this perfume was as we are only kids we liked to look around she told us the price and said are you going to do what I think ur going to do. After that we walked away realizing that the woman was following us around saying what are you looking for and stuff. Then we asked another woman how much the lip oil was and she stated that she didn’t have any more and she also started following us we felt really uncomfortable so I went to look at a primer and put it back she came up to me and said can I see ur pockets I showed her my one pocket and she said the other one to I showed her the other and she finally ask if I have it in my purse I say no I say do you wanna look she rudely said no and walked away she came back and kept following us. So confronted one woman and I told her that she should stop and that I felt uncomfortable she replied with if your going to steal something don’t the buzzers will go off(we have a video of everything to give proof) we left without buying anything. We went back because I really wanted one makeup product and I never go to shoppers so I went to buy that and as I go the to ladies keep asking what are you looking for and what are you doing. After we were done looking and went to go pay and guy named John stoped us and said I’m going to have to ask you to leave. I simply said why. He replied because we don’t want yiu shoplifting.( we also have video proof) I said if we can pay we paid and left and the two ladies sat in the corner and were watching us like to greedy hawks. I still can’t believe that happend I’m not sure why we were just looking around like everyone else and the three people were all white and old so me and my friend are Asian and Latina so we think it’s rather Rasim or ageism and we have NEVER felt more uncomfortable. Again we are only kids and would never steal. We are getting are parents into this and I hate the two woman who made me and my friend feel like this because we will never forgot. Be aware that me and my friend would NEVER EVER steal and there is nothing wrong with looking around the store.

Horrible expirience with my friend and i. Us 11 and 12 year olds, were just looking around the cosmetics to find lip oils. Once we asked a lady with brown hair and glass's, how much the price is of a dior perfume, she gave us a dirty look telling us the price. We looked around a bit more and she kept following us. We were highly uncomfortable with her following us, so we confessed to the cosmetics lady, but she told us not to steal because the buzzers will go off. We wernt planning on stealing anything. My friend is Latina, and im Asian, i feel they have something against that. Then another lady acused my friend of putting marshmello primar in her pockets. She asked to check her pockets and bag, making a fool out of herself. We got frustrated and decided to take our things to check out. Once we were walking to check out, one of the employes named John, stops us and asks us to leave the property, thinking that were about to shoplift. Anyway, please be aware about these certains things. They arent allowed to check us unless we left the store without buying any products. They shouldnt treat us like this just because we were looking around.

Yep, I have to agree with other reviewers. It seems this place has bitten off a little more than they can chew. I like using their app, but absolutely hate going in person. From the parking to the line-ups, to the wait time. I just tried calling and got a busy signal (haven't heard one of those in a while). I just feel like I'm in the way with them.

More than delightful ?. Always a great experience ? wonderful staff!
