Roger was very helpful prior to the inspection regarding having the septic and well inspected as we had never owned a rural property before. The inspection was very methodical and detailed. We followed Roger as he checked the cottage from top to bottom. He pointed out many minor deficiencies and offer recommendations for various solutions and what each option entailed. Roger's knowledge of the Ontario Building Code was nothing short of amazing. We would heartily endorse Roger to anyone who is considering purchasing a home or cottage.
