★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Roger to do a Home Inspection and WETT inspection of our new home. During the inspection Roger noted that the chimney liner was in poor condition and most likely would need a Stainless Steel liner installed. When this issue was identified the seller offered to install liner at no cost to us. Thanks for the Good Job Roger

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roger performed a WETT Inspection on two wood stoves located at a cottage I was purchasing. ( Roger was also inspecting the cottage for me ) He was very flexible in scheduling, making himself available on a Saturday morning, and came right on time. The inspection was quick and efficient and Roger explained in detail why one wood stove would not meet distance to combustible requirements. The seller ended up installing a brand new wood stove which made me very happy with Roger's services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My insurance company required a WETT Certified Inspection on my wood stove in the Barrie area. I call the Barrie WETT Inspector and talked with Roger Frost. After a brief conversation about my installation there were a couple of items identified by Roger that needed some modification to meet current requirements. I extended my hearth pad to meet the 18 inch requirement and Roger came out the following day and performed my WETT Inspection. Great Service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My insurance company recommended Roger Frost as a WETT Certified Inspector for my wood stove. Roger was very easy to talk to and we arranged an inspection time right away. He showed up on time and performed the Wood Stove inspection very thoroughly. I would recommend Roger to anyone requiring a WETT Certified Inspector in the Barrie area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a new home and required a WETT Inspection of the Fireplace Insert. Roger came for the inspection and pointed out some very dangerous problems, such as the Fireplace Insert has no connection to exiting clay tiles which could have caused a serious fire. I now have to buy a new insert but that is nothing compared to my families safety. Thanks for the great inspection!
