I contacted Pillar to Post to conduct my home inspection and I met Steve Lawson. Steve was a fantastic Home Inspector who took his time and patience to explain everything to me in great detail. Steve gave me helpful suggestions and also listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The service was comprehensive, thorough and backed up with a report which detailed every aspect of our discussion. I would highly recommend a home inspection and specifically with Steve Lawson!
S	Sudhakara Sahoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though my initial review here was positive completely based on the the presentation skill of the inspector but I am currently dealing with a huge expenses as a result of the inspection error. Neither the inspector nor his company is not responding. I did my home inspection after my conditional offer was accepted. As per the inspection report there was nothing major issue found and hence I confirmed the offer. After the first month of closing , roof started leaking. Issue is that the inspector didn't even go to to roof to check he just took some picture via drone mounted camera. The roof was missing rafters and truss supports and that caused the roof to be sagging and leakage. I sent multiple email and phone call there was no response. Why someone would hire an inspector if they won't able to provide an explanation to the mistake. If the company or the inspector would be a professional, at least they should have responded and clarify the things. I WON"T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO WITH THIS.
