His review was not from an aesthetic perspective but from a safety and technical one, which I though my was very important. I wasn’t looking for someone to tell me they don’t like white paint, I wanted to know what issues there were with the home, if any, and what could reasonably be corrected to achieve maximum value when listing. Kris was very friendly and professional and provided helpful and practical suggestions and recommendations as to how to go about resolving certain deficiencies (hire and electrician, call the city, call Toronto hydro, etc). Would 100% hire him for any future sales/purchases and would certainly recommend him to anyone who asked. Thanks again Kris.

Kris was able to walk through the entire house with me, using different tools + technologies - and to highlight areas of interest/concern. Additionally, I was extremely impressed by Kris' ongoing care for the maintenance of the house as he followed up about 6 months after the move-in to ask on the status of the house, and if there were any questions or concerns about the property.
