Owner was extremely nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and shoes in general! She fixed my wife’s boot no charge and helped us pick out and properly fit insoles!
Definitely will be back again !

They even offered me the $5.00 difference back!!! Who does that?? Becker Shoes did!! Thank you very much. Great place to shop!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I twice had to return a pair of boots due to a manufacturing issue and both times the staff were wonderful. Just as much as when I bought the boots from Amanda the manager. I felt bad to come back and they made me feel comfortable and without question ordered me a new pair in. It was Gail and Amanda who served me and it is also nice to see the same staff there when you come back months later. I am so impressed with the "old school service", when service was service and will buy all my winter boots there.
