You can tell that Martin truly cares for his customers by the way he interacts with them.

It looks more user friendly and helpful (CPR support) than other units I've been trained on. Very quick delivery and great support. Our company, C3BII, took the time to extensively review four bestselling devices on the market. That meant going back and forth to the various vendors to ask questions about cost, features and user friendliness. We decided to purchase our Zoll 3 devices from Vita First Aid for a few reasons: 1) yes, the price was competitive, 2) Martin took the time to answer our questions to ensure we got the right device - even if it meant not going with Vita First Aid, and 3) Martin was willing to take the time to visit our company sites (Brampton, Toronto and Breslau) to deliver training sessions and answer questions our staff may have. It was a wonderful and fun experience that put our staff at ease and allowed them to witness how easy the device was to use, if ever needed.

He was of great help through the proposal process, and accommodated our community timelines and financial limits. His communication is top-notch, and the training was interesting and fun. We felt really confident about the warranty and accessible replacements taking us forward. Beware other products that seem cheaper at first but have hidden costs, require more frequent changing of pads, or difficult to find replacement parts. Vita First Aid was a complete and expert process to bring this important device to the places it’s needed most. Highly recommended!
