The staff are very knowledgable and supportive, and they hold you to high standards but also give you the skills you need to reach them. I highly recommend Shendy's to anyone looking to get certified!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Son is 10 months old and thinks Shendy’s Swim Centre is amazing. It is his first swimming experience and Eric provides one on one time a monks the group lessons. It was important to us that he has the best instruction, encouraging further lessons. Eric is the God Father in everything swim. Thank you Shendy’s, see you next session!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Shendys! Always passed by it in my walks to Bond Park and out of all the swimming classes for babies I am glad I came here! Rob is a very patient instructor and my 9 month old has thrived! This is a very clean place and instructors are always so smiley and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three things I don't like this time.
1. I got different directons using chaging room from the steps making me feel akward.
( Please advise well from the beginning like appoint one chaching room, and don't look at it strange)
2. Same thing, they sent me an email metioned about the time using chaging room after the class.
( I have 2 girls, so it takes time definetely, but if they mentioend from the beginning, I might leave quickly)
3. Also, during the class kids splashed water and I saw the instructor, her wrong face. (Please show more pssion and desire to guide kids well with smile face)
Overall, this location is good, but I see most of step members changed comparing we took a lesson a year ago.
I hope that they improve the way dealing with people and properly explain things can do or not.
Hope to see it with good experience next time.
