Ends with a fun quiz. The only downfall is the time. It's a full day, and I felt that some content was rushed due to time constraints. Would recommend to anyone who is beginning to manage workplace WSIB Claims.

The instructor was great at getting participation from the group (approx 30 attendees virtually). I can't wait to apply what I learned at work. I would definitely attend another course ran by Workplace Law again in the future.

The day is quick paced and packed with valuable information. I highly recommend the course regardless of your experience, as it was a great intro to those newly working with WSIB claims and is a solid refresher for those that have been involved for a while.
