Alpha Renovations was exceptional to work with. They were always prompt and very communicative, answering all of our questions, and responding to messages and phone calls with quick turn around. Compared to other contractor experiences, where you have to track down the people you've hired to find out when they'll be back to finish your project, Alpha Renovations was the epitome of professionalism, and the work they did in our bathroom is beautiful. If you need a contractor in the Toronto area, we would highly recommend them!

Highest recommendations for Caio and his team. They are extremely reliable, honest, respectful and hard working. We have hired them for numerous jobs over the last 3 months and every single time they do as they promise, show up on time, work a full day (happily I might add!) and with pricing that is more than fair. From dry walling, taping/mudding, painting, in-floor heating, hardwood floors to intricate tile installations, they have proved their dedication to quality workmanship each and every time.

I used Caio and his team for a Kitchen and bathroom reno. We couldn't be happier with how the projects turned out! Not only did they do an amazing job, they are friendly, clean and just all around good guys. We were living in the home during the renovation and the crew made sure to keep the work space and living space separate so our family was not burdened with mess, dust, etc.. and they made sure to leave the house clean at the end of each work day. We met Alpha Renovation on Instagram while researching for a contractor to help us rebuild our garage after a fire. From the first meeting to the end, the experience was consistent. Their communication, timing, and detailed updates on scheduling made the whole process a pleasant experience. We knew exactly what’s going to happen next, and when it will be done. Obviously we had a lot of conversations with Bruno and Caio, but regardless of how simple or complex the question was, or how many changes we needed to make, they always had the answers and solutions to make it happen. To keep it short, we are very happy with how the garage turned out. We highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

So very happy. You hear so many horror stories about bad contractors but Caio and his team from Alpha Renovations are a dream to deal with. They did a full renovation of my condo from floor to ceiling and everything in between. The work is fantastic. Everything turned out exactly as I had imagined. They really do care about their clients and it shows in the work and their work ethic. They were all so helpful, easy to communicate with, quick to respond to questions or concerns and made sure I was happy every step of the way. The attention to detail was amazing. The job was completed on time and very close to the original quote. I really can’t say anything negative about my experience with Caio or anyone from Alpha. I even recommended them to a friend who is now having her kitchen renovated by them.

They provided an amazing service, very knowledgeable and the people is so amazing they kept us informed on everything, they clean everyday after they finish and they ensure everything is protected. The finish project is amazing we have done full basement including bar, full bath and laundry. Everything looks great and we are so happy with Alpha Renovation especially Caio! For sure we will use them again for our next project! Highly recommended!

Caio and his team at Alpha Renovation were absolutely incredible during our detailed oriented kitchen renovation. They left the area clean each day as we needed to live in our place while the reno was happening. They had the kitchen prepped in a day or two and it looked great, came back after the cabinets were installed to prep for appliance install, and then again do install LED pot-lights in our hallway, and to finish everything up! A few things I thought were going to be big challenges for this project Caio immediately had ideas how to work with the constraints and the end solutions always ended up amazing! We will be hiring Caio and team to tackle some of our next projects as well! Strongly recommend hiring Alpha Renovation!!

We recently hired Alpha Renovations to renovate our master bathroom. We looked at a few contractors with excellent ratings on Home Stars and ultimately chose Alpha Renovations because of the great reviews. Caio showed up precisely on time even in bad weather and went through the project with us in detail. He immediately impressed us with his knowledge and was also quite pleasant and patient to deal with. He was very upfront with costs and competitive with his pricing. He was also prompt to answer our questions. Once we decided to go with them, he provided a very detailed quote and purchase list for materials. He had some great relationships and discounts with top suppliers, and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. He laid out a step by step plan for the renovation, and stuck right to it for the 3 week project. His crew was extremely respectful, pleasant, and hardworking. They always showed up on time and kept the house exceptionally clean after they were done. They were cognisant of the fact that we had two young kids and always aired the bathroom out and kept the working areas safe. We went with a well known online supplier (Wayfair) for our vanity and there were several delays in the delivery. However despite us delaying the project multiple times with this specific item, there was never a complaint from the team. The tiling work was exceptional and the final product turned out better than we had imagined (pls see images). The bathroom looks luxurious and is just perfect! Caio was always accessible and helpful throughout the entire project. We will definitely use Alpha Renovations again for future projects. We would definitely recommend them to others without reservation.
