Renata is brilliant at what she does and exudes the calm energy that will put your dog at ease during their teeth cleaning. My bichon went from having brown, tartar crusted and stained teeth to having a gleaming set of pearly whites in an hour. I couldn't be happier!
S	Sarah B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable and unprofessional. I arrived with my dog for the appointment to find the technician chit chatting with a friend - she asked that I hang on a minute. No problem. Time passes and the chit chatting continues while I patiently wait on her driveway - I ask if I should come by another time. No she says, just a minute. The chit chatting keeps going so I take my dog and leave. I drove over 1hr for this appointment and arranged my schedule. It does not feel good to have myself, or my time not respected. The technician did not follow up to apologize or reschedule. I would like to know if all Pearly White locations operate in this way?

They took time with my 5 year old Westiepoo, Max, during the consultation to put him at ease before the procedure. Not only did Max came out of his appointment with the cleanest teeth and the freshest breath, but he came out happy. I was happy he was happy, and I happy for a job well done. I especially appreciated the debriefing following the appointment in which we discussed further dental care we can do at home until his next appointment. Because we will definitely be returning.

We brought her to another pet store to clean her teeth but they couldnt do it. My dog is also very figgidy but Renata was able to clean her teeth and we are so pleased. I would highly recommend this place as they clean her teeth naturally without having to put your dog under anesthesia.

Fantastic work, loved the before and after photos, as well as the updates while I was waiting. Super calm, friendly and it looked like the girls were at the spa they were so calm and happy with her. The updates through the process are wonderful, Lily didn’t want to leave. You can see the before and after pictures as well as her resting on the sofa when we got home. So at peace, no anxiety at all. It was also a pleasure to have her so close and no longer have a bad breath smell.

She said she could do a cleaning if I wasn't looking at surgery for my already 12 year old dog. She explained how some people do not have options with their older dogs but that Molly was likely still a candidate for surgery. She wanted to make sure I had all options before having Molly's teeth cleaned here, and possibly opting for the surgery in 6 months or a year time. I didn't end up getting Molly's teeth cleaned with Renata. She had the surgery and teeth cleaning while under anesthetic. Furthermore, the place I tool Molly to Renata referred me to. They were very professional and extremely reasonably priced as I had received a few quotes prior to visiting them. Thank you so much for your help and honesty Renata. It's people like you that make this world a great place.
