I've witnessed them speaking extremely poorly to their staff as well as belittling a pregnant staff... & when I walked in, there was nobody at the front. they were all in the back arguing while I stood there and waited. I ended up just leaving because the arguing carried out to the floor. The manager is VERY unprofessional and yells in the store. disgusting customer service. I will be reporting this business & it's poor management to corporate. The Barrie location is the worst location I have ever been too. Get new management! 0 out 10 stars .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly don’t know how this place got so many good reviews. Every experience I have had with them has been unpleasant. They have messed up EVERY order I’ve made, whether it’s the wrong quantity or the wrong product, even though I’m ordering the same thing every single time. The staff definitely needs more training in store policies as well as customer service, because not only do they deal with things unprofessionally, the attitude I am met with is unacceptable. Not to mention it is EXTREMELY overpriced. $260 for a dog bed I can get for $70 at Costco. I will no longer be shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually leave reviews, but this store really stands out. The woman who helped me was wonderful. As a new puppy owner there is a lot to learn and it can be overwhelming. She was so nice, so knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to help me. A few days earlier I had gone to pet smart in the south end and left feeling lost, confused, and discouraged. Thank you so much for your kindness and encouragement. You truly made my day :) I can’t wait to come back.
