K	Katie mavreas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had previously had a great extension review, until I found out what all the issues I was having. the bead itself was to large for my thin hair, I lost almost 3 daily or more with proper upkeep. Was told maintenance appointments are just a move up of a bead, that is incorrect and can damage your natural hair. All maintenance appointments for any type of extensions should involve removing them, brushing out the shed hair inbetween the bead and reinstalling them. I had to have them removed and reinstalled at my first “maintence appt” and was charged over 700$ for a remove and reinstall as that apparently was not standard as my hair was “matting” and the next time the bead could just be moved back up. I did not understand how much I was being overcharged until I went to another lady who only specializes in NANO bead extensions, which again I was told is the same as I Tip and is just a different word. ….Besides that, all staff is super friendly and did and otherwise great job originally, and the hair quality is great. I had an issue with my scalp after first getting the extensions due to my own fault and Nicole was super helpful at getting that cleared up. I’m sad I have to change my review but I paid an extreme amount of money for the hair and installation and everything else and ended up disappointed after I understood more about extensions.

She was able to help me find something that worked a lot better and I am much happier with. I'm very picky and she was very patient with me so I really appreciate that

Jess gave me an amazing hair cut, she took the time during the consultation to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted and cut the perfect lob for me. The salon is very clean and has a nice retail area with lots of different products, I can’t wait to come back.

Sydney has styled all 3 of us and is always knowledgable and professional. We always leave happy! Jessica is also awesome - she always takes her time and makes sure her customers leave happy. There is always a professional & positive vibe at the salon and they go the extra mile to make their clients happy.

Sydney had just had the most difficult experience with another client; but she was able to pour her heart and soul into my hair appointment! It had been 2+years since I had my hair cut; so let’s just say it was a mess. Well Sydney came to the rescue! This young professional woman was able to deliver the best hair experience I have ever had! She checked with me on what I wanted done, made sure through out the appointment that the length was what I was looking for, as well as the light but subtle layers added in, and made sure it was exactly what I was looking for! Because as a stylist it is her job to make sure 1. the client is happy, 2. To make sure the client has realistic views on what can be done with the time that is booked, as well as what can be accomplished with the budget that you have! And let me tell you this woman was on point! She put in more then time and effort! She put in her heart, to reviving my hair! Sydney you rock lady!! You have made my experience with a new salon the best! I will be for sure returning to Sydney for my hair styling needs! Also the rest of the staff was exceptional as well! Just absolutely amazing!! If you haven’t already tried Chatters Salon @ Park Place, don’t wait! Don’t hesitate…. This Salon is amazing!! Hurry in!!!

My stylists name was Jess- she was fabulous, literally a ray of sunshine! What a great gal, she just makes you feel great about yourself. Jess used great techniques and made wonderful recommendations, I am excited to go back and see her when I need another cut. I highly recommend this business and their wonderful staff. Keep up the great work Chatters Park Place!!!!
