★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was nonexistent. I was waiting for the store to open. Two staff members entered the store while I was waiting, the young girl smiled but the other lady didn't even look in my direction. When the doors were opened the girl didn't even greet me. When I went in no one offered any help or greetings. On my way out the girl at the cash didn't even look up. Needless to say another store with awesome customer service got my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, fresh, unique products and excellent customer service.
And not to mention, as you walk into this store you get a refreshing hint of essential oils in the air (i think lavendar). Worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I entered the store 45 minutes before closing. Was looking for drapery for four bedrooms. There must have been five employees lofting around fluffing pillows and not one person greeted me, asked me for help and I felt as though I was being rushed as I received sneer glances from the employees as they passed by. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canvas photo selection were all winter and over stocked, couldn't check out any picture without the rest of the Isle falling down, music was bumping I feel like I was at Hollister, staff was friendly until photos started falling then they were never seen, while a mother and her baby had to pick them back up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a curb side pickup order, but didn’t realize the store closed at 7. When I called from the parking lot at 7:03pm, the staff member (Lori) was beyond amazing, kind, and happy to bring my order out front. Best experience I think I’ve ever had doing curb side!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an on-line order to return to the Barrie store and was met by a very friendly sales associate named Lori. She kindly helped us bring in some cumbersome boxes with a cart and she and Hannah refunded my money. Very helpful and courteous. Beautiful store as well! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a really nice place to shop. Clean associates really nice, my only peeve is the big baskets that you fill pillows with could we buy them PLEASE. And that does not take away frome the store. Its a great place
