β β β β β Had a fantastic experience here recently! Especially during rough times like these everything was accessible via online channels including google images, their website, and contact info. I did not even have to go inside the store and was able to successfully find everything I was looking for. The images of the appliances and showroom layout were accessible online making everything at home use. Not to mention such a fantastic customer service experience, the manager was so nice to deal with and made the process 10 times easier! I even asked to do an order through email and e-transfer payments with ease!!

β β β β β Very nice showroom initial servicing very pleasant but if you have to return something they cannot give you a credit at that store you have to wait for head office to call you back to give you a credit on your credit card makes no sense whatsoever. how would
they like us to pay them after we use the product

β β β β β I dealt with Omar when purchasing shower and vanity taps. Even though the store was busy, he took his time with each customer to ensure our needs were met. He listened to what I was looking for, and showed me multiple options at different price points (even though I bought high-end products). Great sales staff and very knowledgeable. Ended up being hundreds of dollars cheaper than a local competitor. My husband had an question with installation, and a quick phone call to one of the staff solved our problem. Amazing service and I would highly recommend.
