We waited 2 days and had to drive 4 hours (2 hours to and from) to pick up the Minwax Gel Stain Antique Maple that my husband wanted to finish our kitchen cupboards. Our local hardware stores do NOT carry the Minwax Gel Stain in the preferred colour we needed. We arrived, called the store number and it took about 10 minutes of waiting to get our order but with Barrie the size it is ... Not bad customer service even with it being HOT (32) outside. We will be back again.

I have had THE most ridiculous experience with this store. I ordered a riding lawn mower online that was confirmed to be shipped from the Barrie location. I got a prompt confirmation, the freight company called to confirm delivery and the delivery showed up exactly when they promised. I bought and paid for a NEW mower this unit has grease marks all over the seat, the deck has mud and foot prints, the small cup holder has a lid missing, the mowing deck had the wrap all entangled and the machine was ridiculously dusty...like it was sitting outside as a display unit. I promptly called the store, after being transferred to 4 people, who all seemed absolutely annoyed by their jobs, get a "Someone will call you back". response. 2 days later....no calls. So I call back, speak to a lady...who says they don't have new ones coming for 10 days, would I like a discount? to which I said, I want a solution, I bought a $2800 machine, if you will offer me a ridiculous discount, Id rather get my machine replaced. She said fair enough, she understands, she is extremely sorry and will talk to a department manager and call me back. 2 days go by....nothing. So I call back...get bumped around from person to person..(this location needs serious customer service training)...finally speak to a guy called Varun or Vanit...very nice on the phone, he profusely apologizes, goes to speak to the department manager...who refuses to come to phone (some manager)..and the manager says they will replaced the unit next Friday (7 days later). he confirms, I will get a call, email..etc to confirm...again he is very sorry. Friday came and went...its Wednesday. I have tried calling 5 TIMES. Its getting stupid now.

Great selection. Items are easy to find. The staff seems to really go out of their way to help you also. New to this hardware store, and very glad to have found it. Because of how great the Stagg were I will most likely become a regular here now.

Not my favourite place to shop but they do have a select few items different from Home Depots. They had good stock and variety but I didn't have an all too pleasant experience here. A few of my items weren't scanning and I had to go myself to get barcodes for the cashier.

Got engineered flooring for under $4 a square foot, London grey oak ( more brown the grey) clic/ floating floor, can also be glued down...no underlayment required. 1/2 " thick , 5" wide by 48" long per board. (26.5 square feet per box) about 30 pounds per box

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not trust customer service when they say they will call you back. I ordered a wheelbarrow and after 7 days of not receiving my confirmation email. I called to make sure my order is in their system to find out it was put on hold because the money came out of my bank account but not in their system. I called their HR and was told it was ready for pick up. When I arrived it was not. I was told it could be weeks until it’s off hold. My only options were to wait or purchase another. So I paid for two wheelbarrows and only got one. One week later, I finally got a cancellation email however the money was not put back into my account.

You have to comment on what you purchased, correct? Well, we purchased our Christmas tree from Lowe's and it was without question, the very best tree we've had (apart from being 1 foot short, the shape was on the money). Upon taking down the decorations the tree is still fresh and not losing any of its needles. The trunk was very well trimmed when we bought it so it fit our stand almost perfectly. Kudos to Lowe's and your merchant.

Can be hit and miss. Great selection. Overall. Good prices. Sometimes it's hard to find staff to assist you. I bought a lot of things over the years as I've renovated two homes extensively using products bought from the store and Ialso did a kitchen remodel with them as well overall staff were good to deal with that. I was able to get the products within the required amount of time even during the pandemic and supply chain issues
