I had my old hardwood floors removed and new ones installed by Grand Floors. The floors are amazing and the crew that installed them was so professional and did an amazing job. Our new floor has no squeaks in it like our old one, they tightened down our entire sub floor. We also had all new spindles and posts installed, the redid our railings and stairs. everything matched the floors perfectly. They kept me informed every step of the way as to what the next steps and process would be. Diana and Greg helped us pick everything out and we couldn't be happier everything looks amazing and the staff are excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

We had shopped around to get our floors and stairs done and ended up getting our material from Grand floors. Diana was absolutely amazing. She helping me through the process of picking out the right floor for our Rec room and also recommended the wood floor caps for our stairs. She was able to match the wood stair caps to the vinyl plank floors that we ordered, and did such an awesome job. No one would guess that the Rec room floors were not real wood. Andrew installed the stairs and did an amazing job. he was a perfectionist. He even went out of his way to touch up the baseboards in order to leave the job 100% completed. Being in Real Estate I am always looking for professional companies to recommend to my clients. Grand Floors is now my go to place personally and a place that I will recommend to all my clients. Thank you team Grand Floors for an awesome job!!

Grand Floors did an excellent job removing carpet from the upper level of my house and installing new floors. They also replaced my existing staircase, that now looks stunning. The team was very detail oriented and completed work on schedule. Real pleasure to work with!

Firstly I want to say we are happy with the end result but the process was a gong show . During the estimate process we had Robert come to the house and we were happy with his representation of the company and his knowledge so we chose to go with Grand Floors. We were having the entire main floor redone with luxury vinyl . Approx 1100 sq ft . Living room and dining room done in herringbone pattern . For cost savings we chose to remove the existing ceramic and hardwood ourselves . We purchased 7/16 osb that would be installed by the company. We were provided an information pdf that explained what to expect . It indicated β€œ weather permitting , installer would cut outside β€œ . We asked Robert if the osb can be cut outside to reduce the dust inside . We have a huge partially covered deck that is ideal for this process . He indicated no reason why installer couldn’t cut outside . For our own health we requested the installer wear a mask. With the continuing covid concerns we are looking after our own health in our own home . After the installer refused our request ,we agreed to a compromise that he and we would wear masks when in the same area together . Unfortunately the start date was pushed a week because the installer got sick . Diana ( coordinator?) advised that the job would start on Friday morning and would continue all weekend to be completed by the following Monday. And now the gong show begins . Installer arrives Friday morning . His name is Robert as well . He immediately says floor in uneven and will require a skim coat . That will add two days of dry time .My wife requested that he cut the osb outside . He refused . Sheets are too heavy , too many cuts … at that point as she’s scrambling to get some plastic up in the dining room , I came home early from work to help sort this mess out . We both offered to bring the osb sheets outside because they were too heavy for him , again he refused . He was cutting inside . He worked the Friday until 1:30 and packed up . Done for the day ??? . Ohhh and won’t be in Saturday because β€œ it’s going to be a nice day β€œ I questioned him about the schedule set up by Diana . He laughed .. seems the only person who knew about this schedule is her . I asked Robert how long this job was going to take , being that he’s the experienced installer. He said he might be done Wednesday. Herringbone will take him two days alone. I called Diana . He’ll be back Sunday The dust from cutting the osb and the dust from grinding the joins etc permeated the entire house . I would expect an installer that has been doing this for 30 yrs would have filtration system to protect homeowners property . There were no bags on the saws or grinders . It was dust flying everywhere. It didn’t have to be this bad . The pounding was so aggressive it knocked the pot lights out of the ceiling in the basement . All our furniture and appliances were on dolly’s but he refused to move anything , calling for my wife to come down to wheel something across the room. Unbelievable! We understand that this project wasn’t going to be a simple clean process. However it seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing . The coordinator Diana made assumptions of complexity of job to determine a schedule that according to Robert he could never achieve. He was never shown pictures so he could give an accurate timeline. Knowing how dirty this process is, why doesn’t the company implement procedures whereas if weather permits cutting to be done outside and all cutting tools will have filtration systems or bags . The total disregard for customers property is unacceptable. It Appeared that Diana felt bad so she offered a cleaning service. I don’t know a cleaning service that would literally clean everything including the walls on 3 levels , approx 4000 sq ft of personal property covered in a layer of sawdust . In the end ,We love the floor. If your considering this type of project , do your homework and ask questions about the process . Our experience with Grand floors was a gong show . Wouldn’t recommend.

Grand Floors just installed plank flooring in both our bathrooms. Excellent service at the store. Excellent installer. Slavik did a great job. Grand Floors had installed the same floor a year ago in our kitchen. So good, we called them back for the bathrooms. Thank you all.

Had a great experience with Grand Floors! Friendly and polite staff helped us the entire way from choosing our floor type and style to the completed installation. The work was impeccable and completed ahead of schedule to boot! Pricing was competitive and there is something to be said about the simplicity of having one company that handles everything for you from quotes, to materials, to installation. Were great to work with and look forward to future projects!
