★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated II: We had a roof that did not leak and just needed new shingles. Thought we'd go with a metal roof as a longer term solution/investment. Tuff installed a new metal roof over top of the old none leaking roof and now our roof leaks. We are still picking up screws and cut pieces of metal in our yard a year later. Last year our eaves came off due to ice buildup. It took a number of weeks to get a reply for warranty work. We received a call almost immediately after posting this review and were told they'll be in touch when it gets warmer. Now Sept. Of same year: never got in touch. Hired another contractor to take a look and repair water damage. With the significant rainfall this Aug we have now noticed that some of our eaves overflow in high volume rain. Guessing not installed correctly and likely the cause of ice dams noted before. Wouldn't recommend.
