Linda, one of the company owners, promptly came out and gave us an estimate and discussed the various details and challenges of working on a cottage property. The estimate was reasonable, and the products and materials used are state of the industry. We decided to proceed. Notes on the project: -communication was excellent at all stages -staff was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful -crew arrived on date and time scheduled -site was left immaculate -all special instructions were followed -a repair crew was sent out promptly when we discovered our satellite dish had to be moved to another position on the roof We are more than pleased with the finished product! It was a positive experience from start to finish to work with this company, Linda and Randi in particular.. We recommend them without reservation.

It was a gamble that paid off! Alex was friendly, professional, honest and thorough in educating me about roof replacements. He encouraged me to get 2 other quotes to see how they'd stack up against ARS. I was so impressed by this company I didn't bother - for the first time in many years of organising house repairs. Under the influence on the job site, setting fire works off on my laneway etc. Also said they were coming on a certain date and had to reschedule multiple times delaying other work that I had lined up.
