★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a Simcoe County gravel loop ride today, 20km from Orillia, snapped my rear derailleur cable. Tough ride into town, found Bike Stop online, showed up at their store to see what they could do. Within 5 minutes, their tech had my bike on a stand, and 10 minutes later, new cable installed at a really fair price. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend!

Thank you for the offer to have the bike repaired by a local shop.
Waited 5 months for my daughters new bike
Rear derailer finger selector was loose, and would only shift between 2 gears. Front derailer worked but very noisy.

My brand new bike came with the left and right derailer not in working condition, noisy and not rideable. Paul and his team referred me to another bike shop close by and reimbursed me for the adjustments made. Very good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic shop, fantastic staff! I ordered a new bike in January for the summer and it arrived as expected. It was hard to find anything in Toronto to suit my needs but these guys had just the perfect bike for me. I picked it up and they added all my extras I asked for. The shop is well stocked and I was able to pick up a number of things that I needed. They threw in a couple freebies, maps to trails etc. Just the best way to spend a couple of hours on all things biking. Highly recommend.
