Our daughter loved riding around in the crooser when she was little, and she even got her first push bike at Velocity too. Can’t say enough about these guys, and they’re a local family run shop! Can’t beat that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ron took my ebike to replace the clutch and insisted on taking the battery. Returned bike 3 weeks later and said he didnt have the battery. I reminded him he specifically asked for it where upon he went back to his vehicle, found the battery and returned it to me and left without explanation. I assume he left it in the car in the middle of winter and it froze some cells because it only worked for a few minutes. Now Ron refuses to discuss it. This is/was a $1000 battery.
Update May 22/21 : I found a very professional battery repair place that only charged $75 to replace the 4 cells that had froze. Battery fully repaired and Ron just dropped off a cheque to cover the repair.
I really dislike giving negative reviews.
