B	Ben R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst location for a bank if you're looking to drive there. Don't even attempt to park in the lot, there's never any room and once you're in there there's nowhere to turn around. Stressful and awkward for no reason. Park somewhere else or go to the branch on Laclie before you even consider this branch.

Surely they would know they would be busy after holiday and put 2 or 3 tellers on first thing in the morning. Waited 15 minutes and only served one customer so had to leave. Very poor customer service.

When our account was set up she didn't even check her work to make sure the account was working and our cards worked but rather pointed told and ran out the door behind us leaving us with my husbands information never being entered at all! Paid off all of my debts and wanted to take a personal loan secured on my own money to get our foot in for buying a house but went through hell trying to borrow off my own money!! Very rude management. That doesn't really care if you stay with the bank or leave it's your choice they will close it right up no problems or save attempted no matter the amount of money you have.

Terrible parking but its downtown, no one has good parking downtown, The staff are friendly and smart and the advisors give good recommendations. The line up can be an issue since there are lots of homeless and drug addicts who come in and cause trouble - the manager does a great job of trying to stop this but its impossible since there are so many. Would be great if the branch moved to closer to the highway where the Costco is! I would close my RBC account if CIBC was closer.
S	Sebastien Cabrit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It cannot possibly get worse than this branch. I have been thinking about changing bank for a year or so but this time did it. Best of all, “Been irreverent” is part of their policy. Behind the counter are always new hires on training, meaning they stay for a couple month and they are gone, so they never know what to do beside regular transactions. There is never more than two peoples behind the counters no matter how many people are waiting in line. I tried different days and hours but no difference.
B	Buck Rodgers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for gold bars back in Feb 24th 2022 Today is March 10th 2022 They took my money for payment out of my account immediately. Still no shipment. I have contacted the CIBC multiple times! No-one has been able to tell me where my gold is and when I will receive it. And Im still waiting for phone calls and emails from managers! Question is? Has the CIBC run out of gold?
