★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional experience at this bank. I was in the area for work and had to do a money transfer. With TWO pieces of valid ID, my bank card and my correct pin, the “bank manager” refused to serve me as she did not recognize me!! I have been a TD customer for 15 years with two corporate accounts and a personal account and she announced that she was freezing my accounts. No idea how this lady became a manager and I am very disappointed as a “National Bank” that they could refuse service because she didn’t recognize someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with T.D bank 4 ever. And I will nor ever change. They have no problem helping. They all do the best they can. And even many times I have seen them keep a smile when having a person with bad manors talk to them badly. Sometimes I even wanted to say something to the rude person. But They can keep their cool. So for that. Thumbs up T.D.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Elliot Lake branch has a lot to boast about. The very kind and courteous staff are always ready to help. When the ATM won't do and you need to talk to a Teller, it's worth the wait. They are quite thorough and treat each customer with respect and dignity.
