β β β β β I miss the downtown branch. I was able to go there by bicycle. Now it takes me 20 minutes by car. I like to use the drive through, but this is awkward because I have a small car and I must get out of the car to use the machine. ...not really happy with this change....

β β β β β I would highly recommend working with Teresa Patano. Her prompt attention, direct nature and and service minded business practices make dealings with her a very positive experience. She truly makes you feel like a valued guest of her bank!

β β β β β While I'm not super happy with the location of the bank or the setup, the customer service is impeccable. Twice I've had Jeff help me with some banking issues and twice he came through for me, even calling me to follow-up.

β β β β β If you want to be treated like a number; be ignored for your years of personal and business loyalty then BMO is your bank. The staff in Orillia are incompetent & condescending. If you're looking for incompetence & want to be treated poorly, contact Ian Kingston ...he's your man.

β β β β β The staff is friendly but to a point that the new design of sitting down causes people to just chat rather than bank and move on. It makes for a long line and wasted time. They should really limit the conversations they have with patrons while there is a lineup. It's not appropriate to waste people's time. Myself and 4 others waited while conversations were being had about schools, kids etc. I am all for nice conversation but do it another time so people can get in and out swiftly.

β β β β β This is a new branch here in Orillia, I like the fact that they have a drive through now and 3 bank machines. Unfortunately there often seems to be a lengthy wait if you need to see a teller; thatβs were this branch could really use some improvement.

β β β β β Useless and incompetent. Hopefully you don't have any issues because you mine as well deal with it yourself instead letting them. Have dealt with two employee's now and they don't know what there doing nor does it seem like they care. Do your banking elsewhere. Learn to return people's phone calls back like your message states you will contact by the end of the day.

β β β β β Really great customer service, very helpful and kind.. Major thanks to Ian who is beyond helpful and personable, he's such a genuine person which is very rare in banking nowadays.
I highly recommend switching to this bank, especially if you're First Nations.
