Honestly worst place to shop. We did not have anyone help us, we looked for someone to help us for 20 minutes. Everyone seemed to be walking away or avoiding us to help. Had to find some employees who were chatting and stand there waiting for them to finish their conversation for a few minutes(they were making eye contact off and on with us). Then she tried to sell us in the warranty three separate times after we said no as the only damage we would have is pet damage (they do not cover pet damage). She was being extremely snooty towards us after the fact we did not want to have the warranty. Delivery day comes and there is nothing. I call multiple times and no one answers the phone. Then they say they are closed and cannot help us. To be clear we are younger 19 yo and they were extremely Judgemental towards us as if we cannot afford newer furniture. Absolutely ridiculous.

So I went to the brick the other day looking for a new sound bar for my home. I was greeted when I entered asked if I needed assistance which I did as I wanted a new sound bar that day. The Manager Tom was quick to set me up with Rachel she was fast and efficient in showing what was available and what was to order. Some features and benefits of ea product was also overviewed. Once I had selected the product had to sort out payment they had quick and easy financing options with reasonable terms and rates. The entire process was quick and painless and didn't have to spend my entire day in a future store. I also purchased my Stern's and Foster bed which I no longer have sleeping issues due to poor support. My washer and dryer of 4 years and big screen, They also removed my washer and dry for recycling cutting one more thing off the chore list. Thanks Brick Kelowna.

The service we received was amazing Frank DuVal was beyond helpful! He was attentive and really listened to our concerns about the mattress we currently have and helped us to find one that would work for our needs. He also set us up with new pillows that will help with our sleep! It was a great experience all around. Thank you Frank for everything you did for us today this man deserves a raise ? Thank you Amber and Rachelle Johnston

My wife and I were treated like royalty by Tom and Amanda when we were searching for a new bed and mattress. We were given such useful information and plenty of time and space to make decisions on what would work best for us. The communication was excellent from the first time we walking through the door until the items were delivered at our home. Will definitely be returning.

Had the pleasure of having Frank as our salesman. He is extremely professional and courteous. Always willing to showcase options vs pushy sales tactics. He assisted me in choosing a couch a year ago. Unfortunately the unit was dropped upon delivery and had internal damage. I did not find this out until later when I started to have issues. Due to covid, it was extremely hard to get this unit repaired. Fortunately, Customer Service allowed me to return the couch and matching loveseat, for a completely different set. (We upgraded to a full sectional) Frank was wonderful in selecting a bed at the same time of the exchange. Delivery of the bed was fine, but we are still waiting a couple months to receive our sectional couch due to delays in manufacturing. Frank gets 5 stars, but delivery drivers get 0

I got great service from these employees at the brick, went in and had the manager tony help me and he returned a bed that was hurting me and my wife’s back. Even after having the mattress for over four months. He was very kind and even got his assistant Amanda sommers to help me which she did a great job helping me find the right bed to fit our needs. I am very pleased with them and how the assisted me. I highly recommend the brick to fellow customers.

Not a great experience and won't be purchasing anything from these folks again. Bought a Couch set in November 2019. One piece arrived Feb 2020 and the other one was somehow lost in transit (nobody bothered to tell us). Showed up in May 2020 but it was "Covid Times" so the delivery was them dropping it in our driveway and leaving it for my wife and I to muscle into the house and up the stairs. The second couch (the one that came late), was defective and the bottom of it fell out a short time after getting it in here. Had their warranty folks come to take a look (Spring 2021)- confirmed it wasn't built properly and would be replaced. Now we've waited 10 months, the new couch has arrived at their store, and they're telling us we need to load up the defective couch bring it to them, load up the new replacement one, drive it home, and muscle it up the stairs again. Didn't we pay that the first time and they dropped off a broken one? I'm not sure their defective furniture which is under warranty is a me problem.?.?. Not a well run business for a company of this size. Zero stars. Will buy elsewhere next time.

Went in to buy a mattress and left with everything else I needed (but didn’t think I’d find at a reasonable price) too! Frank was absolutely amazing and so patient while I made my selections! He actually listened and worked hard to find and get me what I wanted as opposed to pushing other items on me or convincing me to opt for whatever was easiest. I had a great experience at this store, thanks to great customer service. 5-stars, Frank!!!
