The owner visits Mexico yearly to select items and is very familiar with some Mexican artisans and furniture makers. She has also added some rattan and teak furniture to her selection of patio furniture.

There is a huge selection of furniture, accessories and artifacts from Mexico. Mona is always a great help when I am in the store. She take great care to make sure the items she brings back from her trips to Mexico are from the artisans themselves as a way to help the locals. I am amazed at some of the prices... it seems to me if you wanted to ship these items back from your holiday it would cost you as much or more than she has them priced for in store. If you have ever found something in Mexico and wanted to bring home it home but didn't know how... now you can just go to Santa Fe and you will likely find it there.

I was really happy with my experience here, I felt like I was allowed to wander and look and take my time without pressure. I live outside the area and I need to really plan when shopping as I only get to come once a month. I just wanted to take the time to say that I appreciated the way I was treated here and the help was really genuine, for that reason I will spend my money here when I come back to make a large shop for my b and b.

I had visited MANY furniture stores (including browsing through Castanet Classifieds) over a 2 week timeframe, all with terribly disappointing results - not just in terms of product, but Customer Service. But the moment I walked into Santa Fe Furniture - I knew it was different than all of the others. I walked in without getting accosted by a salesperson and was able to browse leisurely at my own pace. My eyes locked onto a stunning King-sized suite and I knew instantly I wanted it. It turned out to not only be my STYLE and EXACTLY what I had been hoping for (originally unique & rustic as opposed to the identical suites at all of the other stores), BUT - it was also 40% off!!! I made the purchase and the next CLEAR difference between Santa Fe Furniture and those other stores rose to the surface! They said they could deliver it that VERY DAY .... and when they arrived with the furniture a mere 3 hours later, the owner personally put it together for me at NO EXTRA CHARGE. This business CLEARLY knows a thing or two about Customer Service, which seems to be a rare thing these days! I CANNOT say enough about not ONLY the service, but my new SOLID WOOD bedroom suite!! It is GORGEOUS and cost me LESS than what was quoted at the other stores for manufactured wood products - AND for those dollars, I also received more pieces! I will shop here for my furniture needs from now on. BOTH product & Customer Service is hands down top-notch - they clearly CARE about their customers! THANK YOU!
