★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bowling center in kelowna. Kind of an opinion based answer but I have found this place to be enjoyable everything I go. Awesome after 9 pm but their food service does not live up to the expectations so a 4 star overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I was here I had a very bad experience. The manager was very rude to us and spoke in a non-friendly tone the whole time. I asked for bumpers from a different worker and he was setting it up for me then she came up and said bumpers are only for ages 10 and younger. She refused to do bumpers for a teenager we had with us who had barely bowled in her life and had a awful time beacuse of this and may never bowl again. As well as adults that would of like it and enjoyed the time more if they had bumpers. I will not go here again sadly would recommend Capri bowl and pins and pints over this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard bowling alley. Clean, pub staff very friendly but bowling alley staff not great on customer relations. Starts with Canucks game on the TV while we bowl which was great. All of a sudden every TV switched to basketball game. Asked what we thought was manager and were told that because the basketball game was requested it had to stay on??? Well I don't need to request a hockey game to be put on if it is already on the TV. I guess more people complained because eventually TV were split between the games. Then with 5 minutes left in our time the lane shuts down. Call staff, timer keeps running, they get it fixed as the timer hits 0 minutes. The young lady says she will add some time so the kids could finish their game. I guess she was overruled by manager because she had to come back and say because of a reservation she couldn't add time. Well there was no one standing there waiting so I don't see how adding 5 minutes would have made a difference. Even if it really did they could have offered a free game at another time or refund the missed amount of time. Poor customer service.

I was planning on having my birthday here, but our group had 24 people in it. As rules currently state we are only allowed to have groups of 6. that's ok. I was told we would have just been split up by a lane and have a great time. but NO. I went in a few days before to make sure we were split up with the minimal lanes as possible. When I got there, they modified the group and had us split up all over the alley... The manager told me that I was trying to "sneak" around the system. I was not. I made sure that there would be no intermingling with the groups as I already talked with my group and respected the alley. Yet, intermingling was the main concern of the manager and the risk for being shut down. But fact that we would have strangers closer to us than our separate households. My group of 24 spend time all together quite often as we are a close friend group and. Poor judgment on the manager by splitting us up while we would be sharing bowling balls and be closer with strangers rather than our own cohort. Anyways horrible service except for Sean. He was amazing. He tried his best to make sure things went smoothly. Unfortunately for the alley and the restaurant they lost out on over $700 as we did not end up going to this establishment. As a side note, they do not have room for you to gather round for cake nor allow cake or birthday item in...

Staff was friendly and helpful - especially the young blonde woman at the counter - very friendly and energetic, greeting us with enthusiasm despite us coming in close to closing time. Ordered some snacks that were delicious. Will definitely return in the future whenever I feel like bowling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We randomly stopped here while on vacation. All the staff but one was pleasant to deal with this is why i gave 4 stars. Interior and exterior was clean and very well maintained. There were couple claw machines that were fun to play with for us adults and my 5 year old. We were to busy with the claw machines and didn't realize that the actual game was timed. Not everyone got to finish bowling because our time finished but that was fine we did enjoy the hour while there. Highly recommend this place
