★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so fun. Very clean and well taken care of. We had a bit of an accident with our daughter falling in the arcade section which was absolutely no fault of the company and we ended up having to go to the hospital because of a big bonk off the side of an arcade game. The staff immediately tended to us with ice and water bottles, took.an incident report and called us AND texted to follow up to see how our girl was. They went above and beyond for us. Will definitely recommend to everyone, and most definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has gone downhill. Now general admission doesn't include any of the fun activities. You now have to pay extra for this. When asked why, they blame Covid & insurance costs. Convenient excuses to justify corporate greed. And they're putting in a bar?? This place is supposed to be about kids, not about alcohol. I won't be back ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am finding since the arcade has gone in, the cube is so packed. It's very hard for kids who are sensitive to noise and crowds. My son used to be able to handle it here with out feeling the sensory overload, because there was more room to play. Now it's hard. Maybe good to think about opening it up to kids who struggle in these busy environments a few times a week during a certain time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is excellent. Came here 3days in a row when I was town with my two kids who are in elementary school. Very clean, and the friendliest staff. Really Nice owners too. Such good value for money - sooo many great activities under one roof. And stay for lunch! At one point, worked on my laptop and sat in a booth taking advantage of the strong free wifi, munching on fresh fries, while my kids happily climbed, did laser tag,and rock climbed. My kids loved the cheese pizza. We always come here when we visit Kelowna. I wish we had a place like this back home!! Highly recommend this place any season!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best kid play place in Kelowna! Saved the day for my kid to escape the smoke and play! All the staff was so helpful, kind, and professional. The equipment, dining area and bathrooms were clean! The games were a fun addition.The fact that I didn’t have to pay for myself to enter is the cherry on top. Will be coming again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing place to go when the kiddos have too much energy! The staff was kind and helped during a meltdown when we had to leave, guaranteeing we’ll be back in the future. New arcade is fun for all ages too, with the coolest card system for points/rewards!

Very reasonable prices and friendly staff. There is many fun activities to enjoy with family and friends. Even when busy they do a good job of keeping it clean with quick service.
The new arcade area is great for all ages and they are opening a bar, can't wait for that! Keep it up guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great for kids of all ages. They have a play place, arcade, lazer tag and rock climbing. All in all I think the price is right for the amount of fun. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I noticed many kids with no masks or they were pulled off their face. I dont need much surface cleaning done in the few hours I was there. Despite this minor issue I notice I still enjoy brining my family here.
