★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful spot. Loved the games and the staff was great. Fun for anyone and you don't need to be a gamer to enjoy yourself. Headsets are usable even if you have glasses. Recommend the zombie game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Customer service is fantastic. I've been here three times, once for a birthday party and twice just to give the kids a place to let loose. The people are always extremely helpful and very aware of how well everyone is doing.
They will make a point to explain anything which might be questioned. They make sure your child gets every single minute you paid for.
Since I typically being about four kids with me, the cost gets up there and the age range can make things difficult. However, they sort them out, keep them moving with no frustration and always offer me coffee.
Honestly can't say anything bad about this place.
The kids range from 6 to 11 and there are many games to for all styles. Even when I though having to much choice was going to be a barrier, it wasn't. The staff jumped right in with recommendations and zero down time between decisions.
So far I've only done the hour sessions. It seems like the perfect amount of time for all the kids.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a blast at Arcadia! It was my first time experiencing proper VR I absolutely loved it. Great staff as well, Nick & Erik were super helpful and made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable! I'll be back soon with a group of friends to spend a few hours playing games :) would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had so much fun! The staff was great as well. Although they should update their website games lists. There was a game we really wanted to play multiplier in but they didn't have it even though they advertised it (karnage chronicles) Other than that, very good times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 7 year old here, he had an amazing time! The staff was incredible, super helpful getting him all set up and helping throughout the game and process. The online booking was super easy! Was a great experience would 100% recommend, we will be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to take the whole family! My family of 4 has gone multiple times and are able to play in the same games together as a team. So fun! The staff is knowledgeable, patient and supportive during the games to ensure we are all having a great time.
