★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lyen was the most helpful individual I've encountered in a retail environment in a hot minute. I work retail myself and Lyen was another level of helpful. This was my first experience at Strides and I have to say it sure won't be anywhere close to my last visit!!!!!!

Shout out to Lyen who was very patient with me as I tried on numerous pairs of runners not knowing if I wanted trail or road shoes, there was no pressure. They want to make sure you're happy. I am so grateful for this store! Highly recommend checking it out.

I was in the market for trail running shoes and was presented with a ton of options to try on and test in the store. I tried on 8-10 pairs of shoes before settling on the pair that fit just right.
I look forward to bringing them my business again in the near future.
