★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, my item was sent quickly and at a great price. My ordered item was already a good deal and their shipping rate to go from Canada to Washington was cheaper than anyone else I found.
Well when it arrived I looked at the postage and it turns out the shipping rate was not really good, but instead they ate nearly $10 USD of shipping cost on a $40ish item. Mad props for honoring the order. Vertical Addiction might want to check how there shipping is calculated in the future for their own sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys always seem to have the gear of my dreams. Everytime I visit I have to put on blinders otherwise I would buy half the store! Whoever does the gear selection or ordering is killing it!
Staff are nice, they do their job which is more then fine. They do a really great job at engaging with the customers.
The atmosphere of the store is inviting and I have never felt intimidated, patronized or looked down on while in it. Definitely going to keep coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with no real idea of what to buy in terms of quickdraws and harness as I mostly boulder. The staff were very helpful, explained lots and didn't seem to mind helping me find the right gear to suit my needs. On top if this when I was sizing a new pair of climbing shoes they were very knowledgeable about what make of shoe would differ from another in terms of the fit. Ended up leaving with the best fitting pair of climbing shoes I have ever owned (albeit the only other pair I owned were loaners from a friend). Prices were reasonable and I saw some skis on sale that I may have to come back for. Would highly recommend this store for your climbing gear needs!

Item never arrived and when I wanted to talk to someone on how to get my money back, they never responded to my call or emails. Had to get my bank involved. Crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great store! Always good service, great selection & good prices. I had a pair of skis that needed a new base plate for one binding. They charged for the price of the part, no labor charge & also adjusted binding settings for my wife. Lucky to have them in Canmore!
