★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest Starbucks ever. We visit Canmore often and we have never had a pleasant experience at this Starbucks. If there was another Starbucks to go to we would. Sad that the rudest person there is the manager. So thankful for the Starbucks in my town who knows how to be kind to customers.

Just stopped to grab a coffee and decided to give this a try. I decided to opt for the grande mango dragon fruit Lemonade.
It caught my eye when I walked past the 2 beautiful girls ages 11 doing selfies in front of the @starbucks
Thanks to my barista Darrel on the wonderful suggestion of asking for “light” on ice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very unsatisfied with my order of a "small" Strawberry Frappe. I don't see how asking for no whipped cream and less ice would mean I would get a half filled cup. I brought this up to the barista, Aya, but her response was " This is what you get with light ice and no whipped cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People giving 1 star are tourists/people from Calgary who does not understand how short staffed Canmore is! If you cant wait 10 minutes for some drinks just do online pickup ahead of time or make it yourself at home!
I go to this store all the time and I always have an excellent service! They are always doing their best! Roberto is always smiling and willing to help! Keep it up guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some 2drinks the cashier is very friendly taking my orders nicely but the barista is kinda rude moreover when i came back to ask for a straw for my drink she literally toss the straw in the counter instead giving it nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very good. Had one of my fav Chai tea latte and it was top of the line….?? but washrooms were very dirty, dryer was not working too. They have nice incentive of having their team pictures on the counter which is different and good to know who is serving you.
