I waited in a line for 10 minutes, just when it was my turn to order he asked me if I can wear a mask or go get one. Well you could tell me 10 minutes ago so I wouldn't wait. Not all people can wear masks!!!

Ordered a roast beef sandwich, 1 tiny piece of beef, some wilted lettuce. 2" of bun before any roast. Chili was passable, but not great. Restaurant is filthy.

Worst TH ever I know they are understaff over there for the amount of customers they get. But being slow, talking and making jokes while you have a line of people not mooving at all since 10mn, when everyone had to go to their job in time, well that's frustrating. Really bad behaviour from employee towards customer, do not recommend go to the one near Macdonald, way faster and better.

Samantha (or whatever his name was) the server on this location and the other employees at 950 Railway Ave, Canmore, Canada will require very very urgent serious customer service training, knowledge and some patience. Very professional, no respect and rude to customers. Owners and Management have to watch their video and ask witnesses around or may be have a visit to the location and monitor them to figure out what wrong they are doing. I understand this location is up in mountains around tourist areas and you guys really don’t care about the customers who walk in as they might not be visiting that area in near future but Tim hortons is losing their loyal customers this way cause after our experience we are never going to Tim hortons rather we are going to work hard to aware people and stop people around us to go to such places. No one deserves to be disrespected specially when they ask nicely for an extra cup or wait for them for about 15-20 mins before they come even take your order. They come to front and never say hi but instead rudely say what do you want. We purchased several times and all our food and drinks were not what we expected. Upon asking for a double cup we were yelled at by server who said WhY? Also served cold coffee which was probably brewed 2 hours ago. Not recommended and we will take action on this.

It's inside a grocery store, and they were out of quite a few things on the menu.. enough that our order was almost completely changed by time it got to us. BUT that being said, the veiws are insane and the food we got was still good?

Pretty good service. The staff were busy with a lot of patrons but still took the time to get the order right and make sure I was served. Great experience here.

They are too busy with app orders and drive through. Waited over 10 minutes in line and no one was served. Left with nothing and had a hard time getting out of the parking spot because of the drive-through. Epic fail. Went to McDonalds as they have better coffee anyways.

Really really love the freshness of food here.. I love garden sandwich here... as usual, coffee and timbits are source of energy for hiking.. really liked it..
