★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I came to Canmore in Feb and forgot our swimsuits because hottub season ? Indigo helped us and was so great! She went above and beyond and got my mom and I on our way with everything we needed and made it a great experience especially considering my mother hates shopping. If we ever need anything sports related we will be sure to come back. Indigo is a true asset to the shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to look for new snowboarding boots. Felix helped us and was blown away by his knowledge and advice on snowboarding boots. He didn’t just grab the size I needed and left me to see if they’re comfy. He measured my feet, recommended a size and asked how my toe and heel felt. When heel didnt feel just right he looked for multiple solutions to get the perfect fit and added insoles to secure my heel to ge the best response when I’m snowboarding. Once I was settled on my boots he showed me the best socks to wear and how to put my boots on. He proceeded to go the extra mile and adjusted the bindings on my snowboard. I was extremely happy with my experience with Felix at Sports Experts. I highly recommend you come here if you’re looking for equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what a great retail experience, just walked out with new ski boots. Went in with the intention of just 'kicking the tires' however the guy who helped me was awesome, 100% not pushy, and genuinely wanting to look after my needs. I feel awful for not getting his name. The experience was perfect, extremely quick, I love spending the least amount of time possible in the store. I got what I wanted, never did the staff try to upsell, or deviate from what I wanted. I bought a pair of ski boots that were on sale, as they were last years model Salomon s/pro 90's on Dec 21st around 330pm in the afternoon, give that man a raise!

Wanted to give a shoutout to Lucas for going above and beyond to help us find solutions to our ski mounting and boot fitting problems. Extremely knowledgeable and excellent customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful and comprehensive store, especially for winter sports equipment. The rental service is also wonderful. Convenient hours and reasonable rates. My friends and I have relied on them for ski and snowbird rentals a few times now! Clean and well laid out, staff are friendly and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emailed the store weeks in advance about rentals, had everything setup for 2 pairs of ski rentals. Went in got all setup and was asked for a 500 deposit which is ludicrous!
Instantly called another store and they didn't have a deposit requirement at all.
It would have been nice to know this was a requirement. In all the emails this was never mentioned. I had been traveling, rental car, hotels, gas and food (I don't have a huge limit as to avoid fraud issues, smart) so this was an issue for me. Giant wrench in my plans as now I had to stop the next day to get setup. The other place was FANTASTIC by the way.
The store is beautiful and they have a lot of products. I just think the policy is strange compared to other stores not doing it and not communicating it
