It's been 8 minutes and I 'm frustrated that I've heard the "we apologize for the delay and a customer service representative will be with you shortly" message way too many times. Indeed when I did get to speak with someone, she wasn't at the branch.

This is my three year old review.. I have gave bad reviews but now after receiving good services I have changed my mind and it is going great from last few visits. Now it feels no more waiting in line and I found they have extra hands than before, even personal appointment is also not taking long time as before
m	mary amcgiven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. so when you entered to the bank only 1 cashier is there , inexperienced & confused. you can hear laughs of other staff from a room whose door was closed. went their to deposit but cashier need "authorization" from manager. she was trying to catch managers but they were busy in chatting I guess. after around 3 4 minutes a manager came whose behavior was so rude & non professional. totally disappointed. they don't have investment & mortgages advisors , long waiting time for taking appointments.worst management.This branch needs a better management or it should close.

It's a small branch in a small town so can't expect fast service when it gets busy during peak hours and that's alright. They try their best to serve quickly as possible without ignoring the client standing in front of them.

I have just being attended by this amazing guy named, Stefan Grecu, a Senior Financial Advisor on this branch and I have blown away on the most outstanding result about the swift actions/recommendations on my banking concerns. He handle the matter in a professional way and he knows what to do, despite the fact that the matter operates completely on a separate platforms. His exemplary effort should be given a company commendation. Many thanks on this branch especially to Stefan!

E	Emma Lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s taken me forever to write this review, but this branch, and specifically Stefan, Kiernan and Nicholas went absolutely above and beyond for me last summer. They helped me with a student line of credit that was so superior to anything else being offered to me by other banks. They were all so personable, helpful and punctual with everything. I ended switching all my banking to Scotiabank because of my service at this branch. I would absolutely recommend this branch and can’t fathom any of these negative reviews!
A	Adam Lake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good branch, good staff, very pleasant experiences so far, but it is frustrating that I can't seem to call this location directly. I get that it's an HQ thing, but I in a town of 16,000 it'd be nice to have a bit more personal feel and not have to be on hold with a call centre on the other side of the country when you have a 60 second branch specific question. Especially since your front desk staff are actually great to deal with. Thanks for reading, have a great day :)
