L'homme qui nous a servi il y a quelques jours ne semblait pas plus connaissant que moi pour le choix des souliers. Il ne semblait même pas savoir qu'on pouvait chercher dans la banque de données pour trouver les dernières chaussures achetées dans leur magasin. J'ai trouvé des souliers grâce à ma persévérance et non celle de l'employé qui semblait plutôt dérangé par le fait que je voulais me trouver des souliers qui allaient bien me faire.
 Usually, very well, lately I miss the rigor that the employees had when I went there at the start. The man who served us a few days ago seemed no more knowledgeable than I was in the choice of shoes. He didn't even seem to know that you could search the database to find the latest shoes purchased from their store. I found shoes thanks to my persistence and not that of the employee who seemed rather bothered by the fact that I wanted to find shoes that would do me well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone says shop "local" and assuming the 'Running room" is a specialist store when it comes to running gear, I visited there yesterday for advice and to make a purchase.
Not only was the person working there wearing a dirty t shirt and a scarf tied around the face, not truly a recommended mask during our scary Covid times, he was completely disinterested and clearly had no knowledge whatsoever of the product. Pointing the customer (not that I was made to feel like one) towards a shelf with the gear on it and the followed somewhat snarky comments about gear without him actually taking the time to explain and answer the questions relating to product , made me realize that I am much better off doing my research online and buying from the competition! This store should be ashamed to have such a review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice store- my 2nd time going to this one since moving up here. However today I went in knowing what 2 shoes I wanted to look at and instantly was asked if I run in my Nike Free's and told 4 times that I should not be running in them.. When informing the staff working what 2 shoes I was interested in they hesitated and I acknowledged that the 2 shoes are different styles (however both are a neutral stability running shoe- 1 simply has more cushioning).
Was informed again how I should not be running in my Nikes.
I'm happy with my shoes- however being told what you should and should not use for running (I have been an avid runner for 19 years) is very insulting as there is no one 'proper' shoe for everyone.
