★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get some printing done when my home printer went capute one of the girls in that department was very pleasant and lovely. Helpful and knowledgeable. The older woman I also dealt with seems to be in a short disposition though and made me feel like customer service was an inconvenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for lazer printer labels. They carry a large selection. They have a nice selection of circular labels as well. Store was well laid out found what l was looking for quite easily. Masks are mandatory. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why one star. Going to news media. I did not get my two orders but were charged for them. Curb side pickup stinks. Have been fighting for 2 months to get my refund back.
They have agreed it was not picked up because the owen sound store did not even have my product. But my credit card has been charged over $210.00. Can't Get to talk to anybody but their chat line. Finally managed and once they found out I wanted my refund they hung up the phone.
I would not recommend Staples. I once was a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found what i needed. Staff was friendly and quick. Sometimes they're not very quick at helping at this location, but it's not usually too much of a wait. What i needed was on sale, so that was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a new printer due to Rogers' Ignite kerfuffle, and after Googling top printers, I HAD intended on buying one with a tank rather than cartridges. However, the associate was knowledgeable enough to gently mention that the dispensing jets "could" clog (although they offer a service to clean them). I eschewed the purchase and instead bought a lower-priced machine that suited my needs. Then an associate not involved in the sale came over to offer ten dollars off the purchase as it qualified for a rebate. All-in-all, a good experience in a clean, bright store.
