★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monitoring propane usage is new to us and we had completely run out of propane!! Anne was able to have the truck come the same day to top us up and install a monitoring device so we are covered from this happening again. Most importantly to us was the willingness to offer help in such a cheerful manner from everyone we spoke to on the Bird Fuels team! Thank you all.
If today isn't an example of the best service around, we aren't sure what is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be cautious of a certain bird fuel driver fuel driver. After a lackluster and incompetent investigation by the Chatsworth Police department they let this mithomaniac bordering on pseudologia fantastica, get away with destroying a very expensive RC car and letting him get away with leaving the scene of an accident on Gray road 16. After an investigation with freedom information act which took 2 months I have the name of the driver which I will give the public this man is dangerous he drove off the highway onto the gravel road 6 in away from putting his fuel truck in the ditch I was terrified when I watched him do this for him and the surrounding trailer park! The incompetent police officer and I investigated the scene of the crime. The police offer himself and I look to the East and we both saw the Bird Petro Canada fuel trucks tires leave the highway and make impressions in the gravel road 600 ft before he drove over the car we have proof we have pictures we have a court date pending...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a whole system in JULY with the promise all resources for the install were in stock and ready to go. Turns out that’s NOT the case. We waited until the last week of September for the final pieces - when they showed up to install they forgot the remote! Now a week later they returned remote in hand and shocker! The stove will not turn on. This company is a joke, it is a robbery they treat seniors like this. They removed our wood stove - our source of heat - and now it is October and we STILL have nothing to show for the thousands of dollars it cost. Disgusting. Do not give this company your money - might as well burn your money you’ll be warmer!
